Menstruation, Cervical Mucus (CM), Basal Body
Temperature (BBT) are the primary clues to determining fertility. Cervix, Ovulatory Pain and Spotting are
considered as confirmatory clues, however, all the symptoms can be
equally effective if you are experiencing obvious and timely ones and
you are able to pinpoint them.
There are a number of different clues to show
where a woman is in her fertility cycle, which phase of fertility she
is in. GenderLabs™
utilizes three primary ones: Menstruation (menses), Cervical Mucus
(CM) and Basal Body Temperature (BBT) ie. waking temperature of your
body in the morning. If you are
practicing gender preselection, you ought to keep track of at least
both Cervical Mucus (CM) and Basal Body Temperature (BBT) including
Menstruation. Observe Menstruation and BBT or CM as an bare minimum
for those trying to achieve pregnancy. CM provides an added bonus in that it defines the onset
of fertility, whereas BBT only indicates when ovulation has already
taken place, perhaps too late to be of much use in achieving
pregnancy. When used together, however, BBT and CM help you identify
your fertile period with a high degree of accuracy
